Jim Auckland has been an Illustrator for over three decades. He has worked for several ranging clients in the entertainment business and sports fields. He has had clients such as Walt Disney, Colombia Pictures and Warner Bros. He attended college at the Art Center in Pasadena. His style consists of one towards perfection. He mostly paints in Acrylic on Illustration board or wood panel. My particularly favorite pieces are his fantasy that focus on these mythical creatures, or ogre's series. He has created portrait collections of famous athletes for NFL Properties, The Upper DeckCompany, The Franklin Mint, The BradfordExchange and the NBA. His paintings are included in the collections of The BuffaloBills, The National Football League, HughesAircraft Company, General Mills, and TheUnited States Air Force. I definitely suggest everyone to check out his work. It is some really amazing stuff. I am taken away by how well he is able to push the medium around.
