Thomas Woodruff is definitely one of the few illustrators that is almost impossible to locate. It is kind of hard to find any of his works. He received his BFA from Cooper Union and studied at Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture. He has had countless exhibitions all over the country. He has done countless exhibitions for museums including a book entitled Look It's Thomas Woodruff's Freak Parade. I am currently unaware of his clients because it's actually difficult to track. I was trying to access his website but they took it down because of high traffic volumes.
